For those who have just relocated and require a full & complete "in house" service of purchasing kitchenware, linens, furniture, accessories and all necessary bits and bobs to make the home livable, we can provide, purchase, deliver & install.

From Vision
to Completion
On Site Assessment
Site investigation — includes documentation of site conditions, taking site photographs of the space, building, relative surrounding features & details including recording of all existing measurements.
Create the Scope of Work
Based on our client's wish list & the variables of the space/project, our team creates a scope of work that provides a brief document of all necessary items involved in completing the job successfully.
Quote the Project
An essential part of the project, is the preliminary quotation created in an effort to sustain a valuable & comprehensive platform that all parties are comfortable with & agree to. These prices include general contracting, R&D, S&I, specified contracting work, project management, & time estimated to create all the necessary drawings for the project (including building permit dwgs, shop dwgs, concept & existing drawings — including elevations & RCP & 3D renderings where necessary).
Drawings
The drawing package presented includes: existing set of dwgs, conceptual dwgs, shop drawings, building permit drawings (only where required), elevations, RCP & rendered drawings when deemed necessary.
NB: Each custom home that we build, design &/or renovate requires their own specifications which determines the dwg package & the details involved in the scope of work of the project.
Specify Finishes
Materials / finishes / fixtures that are proposed include that of walls, floors, cabinetry, millwork, plumbing fixtures, lighting & all other materials to complete the renovation, build & interior design package.
Schedules
Timeline, budget & detailed schedules are created at the beginning of the project & updated throughout the process of the work. These schedules are crucial & are the fundamental basis of maintaining the organization, fluidity & success of the project.
Project Management
The mastery of achieving success in the renovation, building & interior design industry is to have the right management team. ONE CREATIVE SPACE prides itself on our project managers that are the core of the project's success. They are the essential bodies that make sure that every detail proposed by the design team is properly & efficiently translated to the general & specified contractors on site for execution. Our project managers are also the front liners to the client & are able to relay site conditions & details as well as propose recommendations, updates & suggested well studied solutions that ensure the success of the project.
